Comprehensive Insight and Control over Oracle Coherence Performance
Gaining insight on the status of your entire Coherence application cluster in real time on one screen is critical. From a single ClearStone console, you can monitor any collected metric, view health across all Coherence clusters, and configure threshold-based monitoring policies and alerts.
The dashboard is customizable, giving you the ability to create your own views based on the information that is most important to you – select from all the existing metrics/events being collected and customize reports as needed. The user interface is based on Adobe Flex to provide rich visualizations required for effective interpretation and action.

ClearStone collects information from Coherence clusters in real time via JMX and a custom agent. A comprehensive set of metrics are queried from your running application and fed to the ClearStone server, where the data is aggregated and transformed into business-ready information using a Complex Event Processing (CEP) engine. This engine can correlate information from your running grid with other application and system data to provide you a holistic and deep view of your system, all in real time.
Need to troubleshoot intermittent problems or performance glitches that occurred hours ago? ClearStone’s flight data recorder stores 24 hours of real-time data and events. You can playback and analyze events without needing to issue multiple queries to a database. The result: faster problem resolution and improved application performance.
ClearStone’s management capabilities allow users to send custom alerts, specify actions to take based on events, and provide comprehensive real-time monitoring. ClearStone for Coherence includes an open framework for managing clusters and external Java and non-Java systems. Through ClearStone, users can:
