Evident Inform: A Powerful Reporting Platform
Evident Inform is a web-based platform that provides advanced reporting and visualization of actual network usage and costs using the Evident Enterprise relational database. The Evident Inform reporting module contains a rich catalog of over 50 templates.
Evident Inform is organized into three modules that support the following initiatives:

- Demand Profiling
- Service Pricing
The Evident Inform reporting capability assists business and IT executives in making effective investment/capacity planning decisions, changing organizational behavior through demand management practices, and aligning IT and business. Evident Inform is ideal for dissemination of IT usage and cost information across a diverse set of technical and business constituents.

Evident Inform: How Does It Work?
Evident Inform integrates with the Evident Enterprise database to access its rich usage and cost data. Using the web based Report Wizard, report interval and data attributes such as user/organization, location, application or service can be defined to provide granular and actionable information to business users, capacity planners, and network operations personnel.
Reports can be run "on-demand" or scheduled to run later. Once a report is completed, users are provided notification via email and can access the report via the web. If required, the Evident Inform Web-based reporting portal can also include user access control to limit access to specific reports by specific users.
