Technical Support Services

In addition to standard product maintenance support, Evident Software also provides a set of training and professional services, to help our clients with software deployment, customization and management. These services are optional and are beyond the scope of the standard software maintenance agreement.


Technical Support


You can obtain technical support for your Evident Software products under a maintenance agreement by contacting us via phone at 973-622-5656  Ext. 787or email support@evidentsoftware.com.

Evident Software Technical Support help desk is staffed from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding company holidays.


Technical Support Screen Sharing


If you are having a technical support issue and would like to share your screen while you are on the phone with Evident Technical Support, then please click on the "Show Screen" icon below and follow the direction on your browser:

  Note: using this service will open a new browser window and connect you to a third party screen sharing services (livelook.com). Please click "Trust" to accept the security certificate from "Live LOOK Inc." and provide the Evident Support engineer with the access code number in the upper right hand corner of the screen – this will allow him/her to view your screen and quickly resolve your issue.


Maintenance Updates


Maintenance updates are provided to customers to continuously enhance the quality of their deployment environment. This includes patches to the existing product version, including related documentation.
