For users that are interested in deeper knowledge transfer from experts in specific technology domains and a deeper dive on the product, Evident Software offers a series of Best Practices Workshops and a 1-day training class on the product.
Best Practices Workshop
A best practices workshop consists of a custom 1-3 day class that focuses on specific use cases around ClearStone and the corresponding technologies that ClearStone manages. These workshops are typically performed on-site, and can also be done via Web Conference. Areas of focus include:
- management best practices
- managing large data caches and grids
- how to collect and correlate data efficiently
- cluster configuration/optimization
ClearStone Training
An enhancement to the 2 hour Web Conference that is included with a product purchase – this 1 day class will go into the specifics of setting up a ClearStone environment, sizing/configuration, administration and end user training. This is typically provided on-site using a cutomer’s existing ClearStone environment. This can be personalized to cover specific customer requirements at an additional cost.
