Evident Enterprise User Training
Course Description
This course provides a general description of the issues involved with the planning process and the implementation of the Evident Enterprise software system in an enterprise environment. The course also covers the challenges in providing cost transparency for enterprise IT services. Students will be able to identify the type of information that is needed in order to configure the different modules that comprise the Evident Enterprise system.

- An overview of the system will provide insight into functionality of the system as well as the skills necessary to administrate it.
- Students are familiarized with the different report templates available through Evident Inform.
Prerequisites
It is strongly recommended that students have prior experience with networking and internetworking principles, concepts and components. The student should also have a working knowledge of the Microsoft® Windows® 2000/2003 Operating System.

Evident Enterprise Administrator Training
Course Description
This course provides a comprehensive set of the details involved with the planning process and the implementation of the Evident Enterprise system within the enterprise environment. Students will be able to identify the type of information that is needed in order to configure the system and the different modules that comprise Evident Enterprise. The process that Evident Enterprise performs to generate cost allocation reports is broken down and examined. Several configuration scenarios are configured and examined. The back-end database system and its administration are also covered.

- Students gain the knowledge necessary to tune Evident Enterprise system's configuration to achieve several common, but distinctly different cost allocation or billing objectives.
- Students gain a deeper understanding of the key factors that affect bill report generation, as well as associated systems.
- Students are familiarized with the different report templates available through Evident Inform.
Prerequisites
It is required that students have prior experience with networking and internetworking principles, concepts and components. The student should also have a working knowledge of the Microsoft® Windows® 2000/2003 Operating System, Microsoft Excel, probes and software agents, Remote MONitoring 2 (RMON2), Cisco® NetFlow and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
